Time limit for accepting returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Applicability of returns and refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The measures that you need to take
To start a return, you need to take the following measurements:
1) First please you can contact us at info@plc-hub.com, in email you would need to advise the order number and enclose the actual picture of the goods you want to return.
2) If your return is accepted, we will sent you an instructions on how and where to send your package. Please contact your courier for a return shipping label, the return freight is for (your) customer’s account. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returning Address and freight to be afforded
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 404, No. 49 Qiaoyueli, Xiamen, 361000, Fujian, P.R. China (tel +86-18965809768), the customer (you) need to afford the shipping freight for returning to China, with 20% relistiing charges of product ordered price.
Ater we got the returned goods in good shape, you will get the refund in 2 working days.
Cancellation before order shipped
If you decide to cancel your order, we will make every attempt to cancel it prior to being shipped. Once the product is shipped, you will have to begin the return process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Used products cannot be returned, Any product on this website is non-returnable except if it was defective, or damaged, or wrong item, or non-workable before arriving in the hands of the customer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. How long is the delivery time ?
Total delivery time is split into two parts: Processing and Shipping
2. Processing time
It takes normally 1-3 business days**. We will check your order, confirm your payment, verify your address and arrange your shipment during this period of time.
3. Shipping time
UPS: 3-5business days in normal.
Worldwide Shipment: 5-21 business days in normal.
**Reminder: Our warehouse do not process orders during weekend or any public holidays. Therefore, please allow another 1-2 business days to process your weekend orders.**

5. Do you provide tracking number ?
