The 1756-ENBT ControlLogix bridge module is an Ethernet/IP bridge by Allen-Bradley. It provides an Ethernet speed of 10 to 100 Mbps. This communication module is used to transfer data and information by using the Ethernet port. The bridge is capable of handling high-speed communication and it comes with auto-negotiating functions. It supports real-time I/O messaging, information exchange, and general messaging. It meets the common industry protocol (CIP) for safety in data transmission.
